GLOBAL WARMING

It was important for me to create work representing the need for a change in the lack of protection towards our planet and our wildlife. The plight of the polar bears came to mind. In all their magnificence they have no power, no voice to stop the mass destruction from the shrinkage of their ice fields, their homes and their hunting grounds. It’s in their struggle that they became lifeguards. Two sisters having to swim for survival. They are both dressed in Lifeguard attire along with swim fins to help propel them hopefully to safety.
