TWINKLE TOES

Twinkle Toes evolved from the desire to twirl and celebrate. And don’t all Rhinos have a dance about them when running? I wanted to sculpt a form with texture and a huge presence. She is dressed to reflect the tradition of belly dancing in her full red skirt filled with golden coins. These coins have a wonderful jingle about them and they truly want to dance. I hope there is a bit of gypsy in all of us, a desire to dance, move and shake. A need to enjoy life.
