ZEBRA PARTY

I wanted to create something with a big head of hair… Naturally I thought of a lions mane. All that beautiful fur. Its head alone took over 8 hours of placing hemp and wool fibers into all the many pinholes to create its huge mane. Definitely a labor of love. I visualized the lion wanting to hang with the zebras… And how would he go about that? In a zebra onesie. The onesie is created in stripped wool and felted by hand. When I was working on his outfit, we had many fittings where he would be sitting and just watching me. He brings so much joy! He is a very well balanced soul.
